We are extremely excited to welcome Gemma Tyler to our Cranbrook team!
As the Facilities Service Desk & Compliance Co-ordinator, Gemma will be supporting us with various works on the service desk, such as organising jobs and ensuring the engineers have what is required for the task at hand.
In addition to this, Gemma will be helping us organise and comply with our national, and international certifications. This includes our ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
In addition to our certifications, she will also be pushing other internal quality checks in relation to the servicing and general maintenance of our equipment. This will help to ensure our engineers are not let down by malfunctions, or other obstacles when on site.
Training is at the heart of the progression of our staff. Gemma will be helping us to facilitate this and keep standards high.
Next up for Gemma, will be her NEBOSH and further internal auditing training.
