We are very excited to announce that POYNTELL will be sponsoring Biddenden FC Under 8s for the forthcoming season!
In addition to this, we will also be sponsoring this year’s parents VS coaches fancy dress fundraising match on Saturday 8th June 2024. This will be taking place at Gordon Jones Playing Field, Biddenden, Ashford, Kent, TN27 8BB as part of their annual family fun day.
Our own Josh Loraine, who will be coaching the Under 8’s, had this to say:
“I have been a part of Poyntell for eleven years and everyone at the company knows just how much I love, live and breathe the sport of football. Biddenden were my first men’s team and I had the privilege of playing under our now-chairmen Kevin for several years. When he invited me back to the club to coach the cubs group last year, I jumped at the opportunity.
Biddenden FC incorporates everything good about football: family, friends and respect. Our biggest goal is to keep Football For All, a phrase I use an awful lot, and a cause I believe in deeply.
We do everything in our power to keep our costs to parents and players as low as possible. This is achieved through fundraising events, such as our hugely popular Family Fun Day.
I am so excited to be combining two huge aspects of my life – the company I have spent so long with, and my passion for football. I would like to thank Graeme and Poyntell for supporting me, and the under 8’s in our first proper season.”
